Delivery Policies

  • Monday and Sunday delivery is not available.
  • Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
  • Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
  • A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed
  • The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
  • Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.
  • Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO's.
  • here is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
  • Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
